Ingredients

  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T. grated ginger
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 2 C. cooked pork chops, cut into pieces
  • 3 C. cooked rice
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 T. sweet chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
