Lime Salad Mold
Ingredients
- 1 8-serving pkg. lime gelatin
- 1 C. boiling water
- 1 C. cold water
- 1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. whipped topping
- 1 C. chopped pecans
- 1 C. mini marshmallows
- 1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Beat cream cheese at medium speed. Gradually beat in gelatin. chill until consistency of an unbeaten egg white. Fold in whipped topping, pecans, marshmallows and crushed pineapple into mixture. Pour into a shallow, slightly oiled 6-cup mold. Cover and chill for 2-4 hours. Unmold onto a lettuce-lined plate for a pretty presentation.
