  • 1 box (3.25 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 C. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 C. lemon juice
  • 1/2 C. limoncello
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
