  • Crust:
  • 1 2/3 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ C. sugar
  • 5 T. butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 1 C. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 C. heavy cream
  • ¾ C. walnuts, diced
  • Toppings:
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ C. cranberry juice
  • 12 oz. frozen cranberries

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. For the crust process the graham crackers, sugar and melted butter. Press the crust into a pie pan. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove it and let it cool. For the filling melt the semisweet chocolate chips and the cream together in a microwave. Spoon the filling into the piecrust. Refrigerate it for 1 hour. While this is taking place make the topping. Simmer the topping ingredients for 5 minutes. Pour the topping onto the cooled pie. Let it cool. Serve and enjoy.
