Ribs can now be enjoyed during any time of the year with this recipe. When the weather is bad, all you need is this recipe and a crockpot and you will have tasty ribs in no time.

  • 5-6 lb. pork baby back ribs
  • 2-3 C. barbeque sauce, brand of personal choice
  • 2 Tbs. paprika
  • 2 Tbs. packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. salt
  • ½ Tbs. ground black pepper

In a small bowl, mix the paprika, brown sugar, salt and pepper together. Rub the mixture over the meaty side of the ribs. Place the ribs in the crock pot, standing them upright with the meaty side against the side of the cooker. Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until tender. Remove rib, place on plate and cover with aluminum foil. Let sit for 15 minutes. Cut ribs into small slabs and serve with a side of fries or other sides of your choosing.
