Lo Mein Ramen

Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. oil
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 package chicken Ramen noodles
- 1 lb. chicken breast strips
- 1/2 C. sliced onions
- 1/2 C. chopped green peppers
- 1/4 C. chopped carrots
Directions
In skillet mix oil, soy sauce, and 1/2 seasoning packet. Add chicken; brown. Boil noodles and drain. Add vegetables to chicken; cook until tender. Add noodles and cook on medium for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Serves 2-4.
