1 sandwich


  • 1/2-1 chicken breast, cooked
  • 3-4 slices of deli pastrami
  • 3 slices of avocado
  • Handful of arugula lettuce
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
  • Butter
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dash of salt and pepper (optional)

On each slice of bread lightly butter.  Toast the bread slices.  Once bread has been toasted add a light smear of mayonnaise on both slices of bread. On one slice start by placing the arugula lettuce.  Then top with pastrami, tomato, chicken, and avocado.  Place the other slice of bread on top and enjoy.
