Loaded Baked Potato
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 Russet Potatoes, about 10 ounces each
- 1 Tbsp Canola Oil or Other Neutral-flavored Oil
- ½ cup Bacon Pieces
- ½ cup Melted Cheddar Cheese
- Fresh Chives, chopped, for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rub potatoes in canola oil and put on a baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Open potato and stir up insides.
Pour melted cheese on top.
Sprinkle chives and bacon.
