Loaded Barbecue French Fries

- Chicken Rotisserie
- 2-3 Potatoes
- Salt
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- ¼ C chopped Chives
- ¼ C chopped Red Onion
- ½ C Cheddar Cheese

Directions
Cut potatoes into fry shape and fry in a pan with about an inch of oil. Drain the fries and set this aside. Add barbecue sauce to chicken rotisserie pull apart. Place fries in a skillet with the barbecue chicken on top. Sprinkle cheese and place into oven for an additional five minutes. Finish by topping off with red onion and chives.
