  • Macaroni:
  • 1 package of macaroni
  • Chicken:
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. chicken seasoning
  • 1 ½ tsp. paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 C. sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 ¼ C. heavy cream
  • 1 ½ T. garlic, minced
  • ¼ C. parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ C. mozzarella cheese, grated
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper, crushed
  • ¼ C. basil, diced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Marinate your chicken by combining all of the chicken ingredients together. Set to the side. Heat a skillet and place the chicken onto the skillet once hot. Let the chicken become golden brown. Meanwhile, prepare the macaroni as instructed on the package. In a separate skillet, create the sauce. Heat up the olive oil. Add in the sundried tomatoes and butter. Let them simmer. Add in the heavy cream, slowly. Add in the minced garlic, crushed red pepper and basil. Chop up the browned chicken and transfer it into the skillet. Add in the cooked macaroni. Stir everything up, so the macaroni is coated with the sauce. Sprinkle the parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy.
