  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 bag corn tortilla chips
  • 3 C. mixed shredded cheese
  • 1 can of your favorite chili
  • 1/2 C. black olives, sliced
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1/2 C. diced tomatos

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brown beef in large skillet. Drain excess grease and set aside. Lay chips on baking sheet and top with chili, beef, and cheese. Layer chips and repeat. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve warm and add olives, onions, tomatoes, and other desired toppings.
