  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 T. grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 T. butter, melted
  • 3 T. fresh herbs
  • 4 pieces of cooked bacon, chopped

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Rinse the potatoes. Cut them vertically, but not all the way through. Place the potatoes onto a baking dish. Sprinkle the salt and drizzle the butter. Place the potatoes in the oven for 1 hour. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese, chopped bacon and fresh herbs over each potato. Place them into the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
