  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbs. flour
  • 6 C. cranberries
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. butter
  • 2 pre-packaged unbaked pie crusts

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugar, cinnamon, flour and salt. Add cranberries and mix lightly. Pile in pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust which has slits cut in it. Seal and flute. Bake until crust is nicely browned.
