  • 2 large russet potatoes, diced and boiled
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • ⅓ C. milk (+ more for desired texture)
  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ C. flour
  • ¼ C. green onion, chopped
  • 5 pieces of cooked bacon, thick cut and chopped
  • ½ C. broccoli florets, chopped
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • ½ C. cheddar cheese

Pour the milk in the boiled potatoes with salt and pepper. Begin to mash them and add in the butter and continue to mix. Combine all of the ingredients and mash them until it’s all mixed well. Use some butter to grease a skillet, and heat it on high. Scoop a ball of the potato mixture and flatten it. Cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side.
