  • Crust:
  • 2 C. Oreo crumbs
  • 1/4 C. butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 24 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. cool whip
  • 1 1/2 C. Oreo crumbs
  • 7-10 Oreos, chopped, optional
  • additional Oreo crumbs, for topping

Combine the Oreo crumbs for the crust with the melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 9-in. springform pan. Set the crust in the fridge to firm.

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and well mixed. Gently stir in the cool whip and add in the Oreo crumbs and chopped Oreos. Mix until well combined. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top. Top with the additional Oreo crumbs. Refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until firm.
