  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 13x9-inch baking dish. Add half of the potatoes to the prepared baking dish and cover with half of the salt, pepper, green onion, and bacon. Sprinkle with half of both cheeses and sour cream. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake for 20 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
