  • Pulled Pork:
  • 5 lb. pork shoulder
  • 1 Tbs. dried oregano
  • 3 tsp. cumin
  • 1 Tbs. oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Nachos:
  • tortilla chips
  • shredded cheese
  • pulled pork
  • Tomatoes, diced
  • salsa
  • sour cream
  • cilantro

Combine the oregano, cumin, and oil. Rub this mixture over the pork and put the pork into a crockpot. Add in the diced onions, salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook on low for 8 hours. Let the pork cool, then shred.
