  • 2 lb. cooked lobster meat, diced
  • 1 C. milk
  • 2 T. butter
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • Dash nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 C. ricotta cheese
  • Lasagna sheets, cooked, drained, and cut into squares
  • Preferred pasta sauce

In a skillet, add lobster, milk, and butter; bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in ricotta and season with cayenne, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Spoon mixture onto pasta, top with a second square, and seal edges. Boil for 5 minutes and serve with a light sauce.
