A truly decadent casserole, this dish has tender pieces of lobster mixed in with its creamy filling.

  • 1 lb. cooked lobster meat
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1/2 C. butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 C. milk

Grease a 10” square casserole or soufflé dish. Layer the lobster, cheese, and bread in the prepared dish. Pour the melted butter over the mixture. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. Add the mustard, salt, and milk, mixing well. Pour this mixture over the casserole and let sit for 3 hours or overnight. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
