Lobster Stew
Ingredients
- 2 C. lobster meat, cut into cubes
- 1 qt. milk
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 1 C. cream
Directions
Melt butter and add lobster. Cook 10 minutes in a saucepan. Add scalded milk and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Serve at once.
