Ingredients
- 1 lb. pasta (any type is good- even linguine broken into pieces)
- 1 jar artichoke hearts
- 1 can chopped black olives
- 1 sm. jar roasted red peppers, coarsely chopped
- 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 bottle Parmesan Italian dressing
Directions
Cook pasta as directed. Rinse, drain and cool. Add all ingredients. Put in refrigerator for half an hour.
