Low-Cal Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 2-3 overripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 C. unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 C. raisins
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
- 1 3/4 C. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first seven ingredients and mix well. Sift flour, baking powder and spices together. Mix in applesauce mixture. Pour into 9x5-inch pan. Spray pan with cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour, remove from oven and let cool 10 minute before removing from pan.
