Low-Cal Chocolate Rice Squares
- 3 squares of Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate (the larger squares from the 8 oz. bar)
- 6 crumbled plain rice cakes
Melt chocolate in microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time until melted. Mix in rice cake mix cereal and stir until all cereal is coated. Scoop onto wax paper and put in refrigerator until cooled. Cut into squares.
