Low-Cal Energy Brew

Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 C. water
- 1/4 tsp. dill
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 C. buttermilk
Directions
Finely chop the carrots, onion and garlic clove in a food processor. Place in a saucepan with water, dill and salt. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Puree in a food processor or blender with 1 C. of the cooking liquid. Stir in remaining liquid and buttermilk. Serve warm.
