  • 11 C torn romaine lettuce
  • 3 Tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 1/2 C plain croutons
  • 1/2 C grated fresh Parmesan cheese
