  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 C. canola oil
  • 2 C. skim milk
  • 1/2 C. wheat bran
  • 1 C. white flour
  • 1/2 C. soy flour
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, oil and milk. Stir with whisk until blended. In a separate bowl, combine the wheat bran, white flour, soy flour, baking powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and beat until the lumps are mixed in. Pour into heated waffle iron.
