Low Cholesterol Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck or any lean ground meat
- 1 10 oz. can creole sauce
- 1 small onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 small carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 C. quick cooking oats
Directions
Preheat the oven 350 degrees. Place the meat in a large bowl. Add 3/4 of the can of creole sauce. Finely chop the vegetables, add to bowl.
Add the oats. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all together. If mixture is not thick enough add more oats. Add the rest of the Sauce on top of loaf. Bake for 1 hour.
