Low Fat Burrito

This low fat burrito recipe is great for a snack or an appetizer at little cost!

Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • chives, chopped
  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Take tortilla and lay flat. Take a slice of the cream cheese and spread down the middle. Take can of the kidney beans, drain and pour onto cream cheese. Cut onion and sprinkle as much as you want. Add chives. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and fold. Microwave until cheese melts.
