A moist and tasty cake, this recipe was given to me by a friend.

Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix(Your favorite flavor)
  • 1 can diet cola (use a dark cola for a dark cake mix and a light cola for a light cake mix)

Directions

Combine cake mix and cola, and stir until well mixed. Do not beat, pour into greased pan, and bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve with low fat whipped cream.

  • I just tried this and boy is it wonderful . I used a lemon cake mix and a can of diet mountain dew. I did ad a butternut whipped frosting. I will make this many times now. No more eggs or oil in my recipes
