Low-Sugar Chocolate Parfait
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 container or can Sugar Free Cool Whip or Whipped Cream
- 1 box Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse or Pudding
- 1 cup crushed chocolate graham cracker crumbs
Start by following the directions to make the mousse or pudding.
Once that's done, start by layering pudding or mousse into the bottom of a glass, only a quarter of the way full.
Add graham cracker crumbs, then layer another quarter of whipped cream on top.
Keep layering until you reach the top of the glass.
The whipped cream should be on top.
Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes then serve.
