Luau Pineapple
Ingredients
- 1 Large Pineapple
- 1/3 C. Butter
- 1/3 C. Honey
- 2 Tbs. Lime Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
Directions
Remove the top of the Pineapple. Cut the Pineapple into 8 wedges and remove the core. Slash 1" apart down to the skin. Heat the Butter, Honey, Lime and Ginger. Brush over the Pineapple and grill for 15 minutes. Turn every 5 minutes. Line a platter with leaves and place the Pineapple top in the center. Arrange the Pineapple on the platter and pour the rest of the mix on top.
