This lumaconi pasta stuffed with seafood salad makes a wonderful Italian-inspired appetizer or light main course for your Christmas Eve, or for any party. Even if you aren't celebrating the Italian way with a dinner of seafood, this makes a great finger food to get the party started.

  • 1 package Lumaconi pasta shells
  • 1-1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp lemon dill seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 stalk celery, very finely minced
  • 1 lb Imitation crab, shredded
  • 6 oz small cooked Shrimp

In a medium bowl combine all ingredients except crab and shrimp, mixing thoroughly. Add the celery, crab and shrimp to the mixture and stir gently to combine, coating the seafood evenly with the sauce. Chill for 1 hour .

Cook the pasta shells per directions on package. Drain and rinse with cool water. Stuff shells with seafood salad and serve.
