Peach cobbler is just one of those recipes that's always a hit, no matter how you serve it. However, we think this might just be one of the best variations on the classic dessert. The warm cobbler is topped with French vanilla ice cream, and it's sure to be a hit when it's hot outside.

Saute diced peaches in the butter and sugar until softened. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and cut the pound cake into large pieces. Place pieces into the bottom of greased ramekins, and spoon some of the softened peaches over the top. Brush the top with melted butter, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through. Once done, sprinkle with cinnamon and a scoop of French vanilla ice cream right on the side.
