Luscious Individual Peach Cobblers A La Mode

- 1 sm. storebought pound cake
- brown sugar
- melted butter, for brushing
- 2-3 peaches, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 2 Tbs. butter
- French vanilla ice cream
- ground cinnamon, for garnish
Saute diced peaches in the butter and sugar until softened. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and cut the pound cake into large pieces. Place pieces into the bottom of greased ramekins, and spoon some of the softened peaches over the top. Brush the top with melted butter, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through. Once done, sprinkle with cinnamon and a scoop of French vanilla ice cream right on the side.
