Luscious Lemon Bars

These lemon bars make a quick and easy crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box lemon cake mix (any brand)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 box confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg in a large bowl. Press into a well-greased 13x9-inch baking pan. In a separate bowl, combine remaining eggs, cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. Mix with hand mixer until light and fluffy. Pour mixture in pan, topping previous mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
