  • Juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch
  • ½ stick unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 premade graham cracker crust

In a small bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and eggs. Once they are mixed, add in the juice, zest, sugar, and corn starch. As soon as everything is all mixed together, pour the custard into a saucepan. Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil and then add in the cubed butter. Keep stirring and cook for another 2-3 minutes, making sure that there is no clumping. Pour the lemon mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
