This London Broil recipe is a one pot wonder that's so easy. I was shopping yesterday and the London broil was on sale so I decided to make this recipe. Hope your family likes it too. You can substitute 3-4 chickens breasts in this dish if desired.

After cleaning up the London broil (trim fat, etc), cut into large chunks. Paint slow cooker with half can of soup. Add meat and then veggies and coat with remaining soup. Cook on high 4 hours or low 6 hours.

Remove meat and shred. Return to slow cooker and mix well. Serve with sprinkle of grated cheese if you prefer. Garnish with parsley.

  • This recipe was very tasty. Kids loved the flavor of the cream soup which made a nice gray. It had the familar taste of pot roast cooked in the crockpot.

  • This recipe is even better if you substitute cider or a CAN of onion soup for the cream soup. Add a tbs of garlicky stirfry sauce OR 1/2 cup medium salsa to makeit even better!
