This steak is so tender it melts in your mouth. The spices used on the outside to blacken it have a spicy kick to it, and the drawn butter to cover the top makes the perfect dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz. sirloin steaks
  • 4 Tbs. salted butter
  • 4 tsp. Durkee Grill Sensations Blacken Seasoning
  • 4 tsp. McCormick Grill Mates Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1 Tbs. Everglades Heat

Directions

Season steaks on both sides with Durkee Grill Sensations Blacken Seasoning, McCormick Grill Mates Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning, and Everglades Heat. Heat large skillet for 3 minutes and add 2 Tbs. of the salted butter. Sear steaks for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare (time for cooking can be longer at a lower heat for well done steaks). Plate steaks, and while resting add the last 2 Tbs. of salted butter to the pan with the juices from the steaks. Drizzle the juice equally over the plated steaks.
