M-m-m-m Milk Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1/4 C. butter
- 2 C. biscuit baking mix
- 1 can Regular Eagle Brand
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C. chopped walnuts
- Icing sugar (optional)
Directions
In large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1 C. of the chips with butter; remove from heat. Add baking mix, Eagle Brand, egg and vanilla. Stir in nuts and remaining chips. Turn into well-greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven (325 degrees for glass dish) for 20-25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar (if desired). Cut into squares. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
Yield: 12-16 brownies
