Mac and Cheese Broccoli Casserole

- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
- ¼ cup Butter, cubed
- ¼ cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 Package Cream Cheese, 8 oz.
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ⅛ tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 Cup Broccoli
- 1/2 Cup Mini Croutons
Follow the directions and prepare the macaroni noodles.
Melt butter in a large saucepan and stir in flour.
Blend together until smooth.
Slowly add milk to the pot.
Bring the mixture to a boil for 1-2 minutes or until it thickens.
Add in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese,salt and pepper.
Drain macaroni and add in cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Add in broccoli and mix together.
Pour melted butter over the macaroni.
Bake for 25-35 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly.
Sprinkle mini croutons on top.
