Ingredients
- 1 C. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 lb. cheese, grated
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- buttered crumbs (optional)
- water
Directions
Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Place in casserole dish. Heat milk, add cheese, and heat until cheese is melted. Add seasonings and pour over macaroni. Mix with a fork, cover with crumbs and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 15 minutes.
