Macaroni Crab Casserole

This easy to make seafood casserole will be a favorite at your dinner table.

  • 2 C. shell or elbow macaroni
  • 1-1/4 C. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 C. cooked peas
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • Dash black pepper
  • 1 lb. Backfin crabmeat (picked over)
  • 1/2 C. buttered breadcrumbs

Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions. Drain and rinse with hot water. Drain. Add milk to mushroom soup and heat until hot. Add peas, all seasonings, and then add crabmeat, mixing lightly with fork. Put into a greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Cover with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes.
