  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 chili peppers, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 lbs. mostaccioli
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, minced

Bring large pot of water to a boil. Place mostaccioli in water and cook for 12 minutes or until al dente. Heat large pan over high. Spread olive oil onto pan and sauté garlic, peppers and parsley for about 3 minutes. Pour tomato sauce over the vegetables and mix in parmesan cheese cook for about 1 more minute. Combine pasta and tomato sauce mixture and combine evenly. Serve.
