Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. broken macaroni
- 1 C. soft bread crumbs
- 1 C. American cheese, diced
- 1 Tbs. parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbs. onion, minced
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 C. milk
- 2 well-beaten eggs
- 1/2 C. pimento, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water; drain and rinse. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased loaf pan in oven for 40 minutes.
