Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. broken macaroni
  • 1 C. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 C. American cheese, diced
  • 1 Tbs. parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. onion, minced
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. milk
  • 2 well-beaten eggs
  • 1/2 C. pimento, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water; drain and rinse. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased loaf pan in oven for 40 minutes.
