For a last minute get together or a party in the works, whip up this delicious spinach artichoke dip. It's perfect straight out of the oven or after being refrigerated for a couple days and is always a crowd pleaser. Serve with pita or tortilla chips and get the party started!

  • 2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ C. parmesan cheese
  • ½ C. sour cream
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 14 oz. artichoke hearts
  • 10 oz. chopped spinach

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahreint
Combine cheeses (save 2 Tbs. Parmesan and ½ C. mozzarella), sour cream, spinach, pepper, garlic, and artichokes in a large bowl and combine well
In a large baking dish, spread the mixture evenly
Sprinkle with 2 Tbs. Parmesan and ½ C. mozzarella
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve with pita or tortilla chips
