Enjoy this delicious meat mixture on hamburger buns at your next picnic! The taste is great! Very affordable. Goes a long way. Smell is inviting. Comfort food. A nice change from all cold food for a picnic. Simply take it along in a crock pot or insulated heat keeping container. Carry buns separately. Place about 1/3 of a cup of filling on each bun when it's time to eat. Children and adults like it just as much.

Chop onions into small dice. Place olive oil in pan and heat. Saute onions. Remove from pan. Cook chop meat, breaking up into small pieces. Return onions to pan. Add salt, pepper, water, seafood cocktail sauce and cook, stirring until chop meat is done and all flavors are combined. Place in crockpot or insulated container and take to picnic along with hamburger buns. Spoon some filling on each roll when it's meal time.
