  • 2 mangos chopped
  • 1/2 C goat cheese
  • 2 C baby greens
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice

1. Chop the mangos and set into a large bowl.
2. Crumble the goat cheese and add to the mangos
3. Add the baby greens, and sweet onion and gently mix with the mangos and cheese.
4. Drizzle the lemon juice over top and garnish with pepper to taste.
