Mango Chutney Chicken Salad Wrap
- 2 Tbs. Light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. mango chutney
- salt & pepper
- 1. C. coleslaw from kit
- 1, 7-oz. pouch white breast chicken
- 1 C. grapes, halved
- Bag of spring mix greens
- 2 flavored tortillas of your choice
In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise and chutney, and add salt and pepper. Add the coleslaw and mix into the mayonnaise mixture. Add the chicken and grapes. Lay the tortilla flat and add the chicken mixture and greens near the bottom end. Fold the tortilla sides in toward the middle and roll over the ingredient pile from bottom to top. Wrap the wrap in parchment paper or aluminum foil and slice in half.
Makes 2 full wraps.
