Mango Mahi Mahi
- 4 6-oz. mahi mahi fillets
- 3 C. chopped mango
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. finely minced
- 3 Tbs. orange juice
Combine mango, onion, parsley, and orange juice in a bowl and refrigerate. Place mahi mahi on a grill and cook until cooked through. Remove from grill and top with mango mixture. Serve.
