  • Mango Salsa:
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, mined
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 T. cilantro, chopped
  • 2 T. limejuice
  • ¾ C. mango, cubed
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pork Chop:
  • 3 pork chops
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
