Don’t have bacon or pancakes on their own, instead have the ultimate breakfast with bacon sprinkled over pancakes and drizzled in maple syrup!

  • 4 ounces bacon
  • 1 cup baking mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until the slices are evenly browned. Drain the bacon and then crumble it. In a separate bowl, beat together the baking mix, milk, maple syrup, sugar, and eggs. Pour pancake batter into small circles onto a large pan sprayed with cooking spray. Flip the pancakes after a couple minutes and transfer them to a plate. Continue cooking pancakes until all the batter is used. Sprinkle bacon over the pancakes and drizzle with additional maple syrup.
